The meeting was called to order by John Klasen at 7:00PM.

1. Approval of Minutes from Meeting Held June 8, 2005
A motion was made by Brian Peterson to approve the minutes from the meeting held on June 8, 2005. Seconded by Dale Warpinski. Motion carried.

2. Sign for Mid Valley Golf Course
No representative at the meeting for the sign. Tabled

3. Quality Truck Care Center Site Review
Steve Corrigan, Scott Corrigan from Corrigan Construction and John Maus, Engineer with MMA, Inc., were present to propose a site plan for Quality Truck Care Center to be located on French Road. The Board expressed concern over the future extension of French Court and the preservation of existing trees. In the event Quality Truck sells the back portion of their property, French Court would be used for access. Klasen said modifying French Court to serve Quality Truck should not be a responsibility of the property owners on French Court but rather the responsibility of Quality Truck or a new owner. Discussion was held on the loading dock location and review of the lighting plan and color scheme of the building. A motion was made by Dale Warpinski to approve the site plan pending review of French Court road width in rear of the lot and review of the storm water management plan. Seconded by Brian Peterson. Motion carried. (See plan attached.)

4. Patriot Place 1^st Addition
A motion was made by Brian Peterson to approve the plat map for Patriot Place 1^st Addition. Seconded by Mary Jo Kussow. Motion carried. (See map attached)

5. Certified Survey Map (CSM) (Toonen)
Steve Bieda from Mau & Associates was present to define the CSM. A motion was made by Dale Warpinski to approve the certified survey map. Seconded by Brian Peterson. Motion carried. (See map attached)

6. Request to consider an ordinance against parking recreational vehicles outside for extended period of time within subdivisions
Nathan Abts was present to propose a request for an ordinance prohibiting recreational vehicles parked outside in subdivisions for long periods of time. Mr. Abts stated that De Pere has such an ordinance and he thinks the Town should too. Abts said it is a neighborhood eyesore. John Klasen recommended he take this request to the Town Board. A motion was made by Brian Peterson to recommend taking the request to the Town Board. Seconded by Dale Warpinski. Motion carried.
