Discussion and Action on the following:

1.                  Approve minutes from Town Board Meeting held on June 13, 2005

2.                  Open Public Hearing in reference to rezoning a portion of parcel L-252 from Agricultural to B1 Business; a portion of parcel L-252 and L-255 from Agricultural to R1 Residential and a portion of parcel L-255 and L-251 from Agricultural to Planned Development to accommodate a development of business, single family homes, apartments and condominiums

3.                  Close above mentioned public hearing

4.                  Approve rezoning of a portion of Parcel L-252 from Agricultural to B1 to accommodate a future business

5.                  Approve rezoning of a portion of Parcel L-252 and L-255 from Agricultural to R1 Residential to accommodate singe family homes

6.                  Approve rezoning of a portion of Parcel L-255 and L-251 from Agricultural to PD Planned Development to accommodate apartment complex and condominiums.

7.                  Adopt Preliminary Resolution in reference to Lawrence Drive Water and Sewer Project

8.                  Adopt Resolution in reference to the National Incident Management System

9.                  Adopt Initial Resolution authorizing the Borrowing of not to exceed  $ 8,800,000 for capital projects; providing for the issuance and sale of general obligation promissory notes therefore; and levying a tax in connection therewith

10.              Adopt Initial Resolution authorizing the Borrowing of not to exceed $2,000,000 for refunding purposes; proving for the issuance and sale of general obligation securities therefore; and levying a tax in connection therewith

11.              Petition the DNR to withdraw from the Storm Water Permitted Community List

12.              Complaint on Storm Water Obstruction effecting property located  at 2448 Whispering Oak

13.              Approve Operator’s License for selling/serving Alcohol

14.              Approve wage increase for office staff

15.              Central Brown County Water Authority Update/Randy Treml

16.              Water/Sewer Utility Update/Greg Little

17.              Road Update/Ken VanDeHei

18.              Fire Department Update/Kurt Minten

19.              Payment of due invoices and wages

20.              Future Agenda Items

21.              Public Comments
