5. Resolution Authorizing the Sale of $3,520,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes Pursuant to Section 67.12(12) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 

6. Resolution Authorizing the Park/Urban Forestry Board to submit an Application to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Urban Forestry Grant Program
