1. Approve minutes from Town Board Meeting held on March 27, 2006

2. Open Public Hearing in reference to rezoning parcel L-453 from Agricultural to Planned Development to accommodate a condominium complex

3. Close above mentioned public hearing

4. Rezone parcel L-453 from Agricultural to Planned Development to accommodate a condominium complex (an expansion of the Carpenter’s Crossing Condominium)

5. Adopt Ordinance to create section 3.1 of the municipal code in reference to Regulating the Use of Solid Fuel-Fired Outdoor Heating Devices in the Town of Lawrence

6. Approve modifications to Standard Specifications on Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, Storm Sewer and Roadway Construction Manual

7. Adopt Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to Exercise Special Assessment Powers under Sections 60.77 and 66.0703 Wisconsin Statutes for the Costs of Installing Sanitary Sewer and Water Main in the Town of Lawrence

8. Consideration to road name change on a portion of Sweet Meadow Drive in Pennway Park Subdivision

9. Water/Sewer Utility Update/Greg Little

10. Central Brown County Water Authority Update/Randy Treml

11. Fire Department Update/Fire Chief Kurt Minten

12. Payment of due invoices and wages
