1.                   Announce Closed Session

2.                   Consider and enter into closed session pursuant to WI statutes 19.85 (1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session

3.                   Return to Open Session

4.                   Roll Call for Regular Session- Pledge of Allegiance

5.                   Approve minutes from Town Board Meeting held on October 9, 2006

6.                   Action on Closed Session if necessary

7.                   Open Public Hearing on a request to rezone a portion of parcel L-24 located on Hickory Road from Agricultural to L1 Limited Industrial to accommodate a sanitation rental facility

8.                   Close above mentioned Public Hearing

9.                   Rezone portion of parcel L-24 from Agricultural to L1 Limited Industrial to accommodate a sanitation rental facility

10.               Adopt Initial Resolution relating to Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing on Behalf of TPJ Futures and/or Robinson Metal, Inc. – Information concerning the job impact of the project described in the Initial Resolution will be available at the time of consideration of the Initial Resolution

11.               Adopt Resolution relating to Waiver of Section 33.1103(11)(b) in Connection with an Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing on Behalf of TPJ Futures, LLC and/or Robinson Metal Inc. 

12.              Conceptual Plan for Retail Complex to be located on the corner of Sand Acres Dr/Quarry Park Dr

13.              Request to rezone Parcel L-265 from AG to B1 located on the corner of Sand Acres/Quarry Park Dr. to accommodate a retail complex

14.               Proposal for Impact Fee Study by McMahon Associates

15.               Authorize a reduction in letter of credit for Patriot Place 2nd Addition

16.               Memorandum of Agreement with Oneida Tribe of Indians in reference to Short Rd

17.               Water/Sewer Utility Update/Greg Little

18.               Central Brown County Water Authority Update/Randy Treml

19.               Fire Department Update/Fire Chief Kurt Minten

20.               Park Update/Adam Gildernick

21.               Authorize Change Order #2 on Golden Glow Rd

22.               Authorize Payment Certificate #4 for Golden Glow Rd. in the amount of $77,162.51
