motion was made by Supervisor VanDeHei to open the public hearing in reference
to a request to rezone a portion of Parcel L-24 (approximately 5 acres) located

Bahling with Rettler Corporation reviewed the Site Master Plans for Quarry and

License Renewals

motion was made by Supervisor Vandenack to approve applications for Liquor and
Beer License for the 2006-2007 year.
Motion seconded by Supervisor VanDeHei.
Motion carried unanimously. (See

Approve Operator Licenses
A
motion was made by Supervisor Vandenack to approve the Bartender/Operator’s
Licenses. Motion seconded by Supervisor
VanDeHei. Motion carried unanimously.
16.
Approve Distribution Facilities Installation Agreement
with
Chairman
Perock expressed the need for negotiations in reference to this agreement. A motion was made by Supervisor Vandenack to
table to allow for negotiations. Motion
seconded by Supervisor VanDeHei. Motion
carried unanimously. Item tabled.

Adopt Policy in reference to Hiring Contractors
Residing in the Town of Lawrence

Chief
Minten stated both warning sirens are installed and ready for operation.

Payment of due invoices and wages

motion was made by Supervisor VanDeHei to approve payment of due invoices and
wages. Motion seconded by Supervisor
Vandenack. Motion carried unanimously.

motion was made by Supervisor VanDeHei to suspend the rules and open the floor
for public comments. Motion seconded by

Chief
Minten mentioned petitioning some of the businesses within the Town for
donations towards the development of the parks.
