Towers of any type or purpose (except specifically for electrical
transmission lines) shall be prohibited in all zones within the Town.
Exceptions (conditional use) shall be at the sole discretion of the Town
Board.
Conditional use for towers shall include the following regulations:
No tower shall be located within two hundred (200) feet of any residential
zoned district.
