The Clerk-Treasurer reports to the Town Administrator and Town Board of Supervisors.

The Office of Clerk-Treasurer is responsible for many activities for the town including:

• Municipal Licenses
• Voter Registration & Elections
• Operating and Capital Budget Preparations
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Investment of Town Funds
• Debt Administration
• Water, Sewer & Storm Water Billings and Collections
• Tax Billing and Collections

Clerk-Treasurer - Cindy Kocken

Cindy has been with the Town of Lawrence since March 2018 and was previously employed by the Village of Hobart as the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer for 20 years.  Cindy and husband Frank have 4 children and 13 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and they love to travel.
