Underground Utilities

  • All underground utility installation require a permit from the Town of Lawrence Building Inspector.
  • All underground utility companies, included but not limited to, Wisconsin Public Service, SBC, AT&T, or any other telephone companies, Time Warner Cable or any other cable companies shall provide the Town with as-built plans for the underground installation.
  • Trenching or digging of town roads is prohibited for utility installations. Boring under roads is allowed with Town approval.
