1. Accessory Building Permit Application
2. Location of the swimming pool, hot tub, or spa on the lot showing the distance from the property lines, easements, and structures.
3. Location of overhead and/or underground wiring in relation to the swimming pool, hot tub, or spa.
4. Dimensions and depth of swimming pool, hot tub, or spa
5. Type, location, and height of fence either if existing or proposed
6. In-ground pools and above ground pools less than 48” above grade require a fence per Ordinance 300-23.
7. Identify any easements on property (if any)
