Town of Lawrence

☀️💐Spring is finally here and the lawns are growing fast thanks to all the rainfall. 💦

Please keep this flyer in mind while doing outdoor chores this summer.

👉It is important to keep grass clippings on the lawn and NOT ON THE STREETS.

Grass clippings add Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Nutrients to our storm ponds, which increase algae growth and decrease oxygen levels.

If you need to pick up grass clippings, keep in mind that clippings and yard waste may be brought to the Town Hall Waste Yard behind the Fire Department at French Rd. and Shady Ct.
