Please Note: UPCOMING STORM SEWER/ROAD WORK AT QUARRY PARK DRIVE AND PATRIOT PLACE POND

Rehab projects related to the Patriot Place Subdivision Pond will begin in the coming week. The major work on the storm water pond involves restoring the north shoreline that has eroded in recent years. Work related to the outfall for this pond at Quarry Park Drive (between Sinclair and Grant Street) will start this week. The existing storm sewer pipe will be redirected to discharge downstream from Quarry Park Drive (it currently discharges upstream of Quarry Park Drive). This work will be completed in the road right-of-way.

A number of additional projects designed to provide relief during storm events to the nearby neighborhood are being reviewed at this time. Primarily, the Town has been working with Brown County and neighboring communities on enhancing storm water controls during overflow events at the intersection of Grant Street and Packerland Drive with the intent to reduce the amount of flow entering the Sinclair/Quarry Park Drive area during storm events. More information will be provided soon with an update on these efforts.
